Strategic planning
The well defined strategy is the basis of the operation regulation and development. The aim of this is to determine the main targets, values and principles of operation for all members of the organization. But it is not enough to prepare the strategy declaration itself butthe communication of targets has to be provided as well.
In the course of the planning process, the environmental conditions (legal, economic, social and technological aspects), the specialties of the organization (product and service portfolio, internal and external value chain, functional model, organizational structure), the market characteristics (competitors, partners, suppliers, customers) are to analyze, than the observations have to be summarized.
By the next step the mission, the future and the strategy statement has to be drawn.
Next, the aims are sorted (as per expectations, methods and assets) and the casual factors are identified between them. After that, the aims are detached – through the level of the organization units into individual level. Indicators are put to the targets on all levels and the characters of them are defined (attribute set).
